Life's good...=)

its a wonder, after all this while...I've only recently learnt how to enjoy life for what it is, how to appreciate what I have, the people around me, and spend time doing things that I enjoy..wow...

this takes me back to last sun after easter service...I've been thinking, God, what makes me tick? What have you given to me that's unique?...what are the things that makes me excited? And I've realised, all this while...everyday I've been spending time doing so many things, running around everywhere, trying to make so many things work...but I've neglected myself...I've never even asked myself what I liked to do!

well..so last sun I took a walk at esplanade..=) I sat down at the bay area, listened to the music blasting from the speakers at the stage, and stoned...haha...but ya~! =) I enjoyed it! =) I just sat there for close to 3 hours, but somehow time just seemed to fly by...and I realised something...Music makes me tick~....I'm not someone who likes to sit still, but when I'm listening or playing music...everything just comes so naturally to me...my mind seems to think clearer, troubles that bog me down sometimes just seem to go away just like that...=)

Well, anyway, the band playing that day was really good! =) I'm amazed...the drummer was really cool...=) haha...seriously the standards have risen in our little island Singapore! =) but yet, there's a growing desire in me...it makes me think...what am I doing with my gifts? this gift of music that God's given me....I'm just not doing enough with it...I should start raising my own standard too~ =) I wanna compose great songs one day! =)

well to You reading this...I know sometimes things are tough out there~...and we feel like giving up...but don't feel sad, don't feel as if nobody's there, don't feel as if nobody understands...we do =) and we're there...but most importantly, He's there too...so cheer up ya! =)
